# RUTEX TRANSFER PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION AND PROCESSING POLICY

This policy outlines the principles for the protection of personal data processed by Rutex Transfer and the commitment of Rutex Transfer to protect personal data.

- **Processed Personal Data**: Customer name, surname, contact information, travel information, and other relevant data.
- **Purposes of Processing**: Reservation transactions, service delivery, customer satisfaction tracking, and compliance with legal obligations.

## 4. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Rutex Transfer takes the necessary technical and administrative measures to protect personal data and continuously updates these measures.

## 5. STORAGE AND DESTRUCTION OF PERSONAL DATA

## 6. RIGHTS OF PERSONAL DATA OWNERS
Personal data owners have the right to learn whether their data is processed, request information if their data has been processed, understand the purpose of processing and whether it is used appropriately, know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically/abroad, request correction if processed inaccurately/incompletely, request deletion/destruction in accordance with Article 7 of the KVKK, request notification of these actions to third parties to whom it has been transferred, object to an outcome arising from the analysis of the processed data solely by automated systems, and request compensation for damages due to unlawful processing of their data.

## 7. APPLICATION METHODS OF DATA OWNERS
Personal data owners can apply to Rutex Transfer in writing via [Rutex Transfer & Tour Center's contact information] or through registered electronic mail (KEP), secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or an email address previously notified by Rutex Transfer and registered with the Personal Data Protection Authority to exercise their rights.
